Exercise and EYES

sir,
i am intrested in doing research
i am plan to do a project related to eye
computer vision syndrome is common in adults who are using computer for a long time
so can we give exercise to eyes to releive stress in Eyes?
i jus wanna a research support for this
please do help

The eye is not exercised during computer work making strain and other problems more prominent with this type of work. Check into the Bates method. These exercises are considered to be the "gold standard" for eye exercises and the basis for all other eye exercise plans. good luck

Eye exercises help to reduce strain in eyes
if these exercises continued for quiet long time.
it will be good to eyes
the bates method is also usefulyoga also gives some reduction to
