Exercise and Weight loss after Back Surgery

by Marbletop, Jul 25, 2006 12:00AM
I had a spinal fussion about a year and half ago. For the first 6 months after surgery while I was inactive, (not able to work) I gained about 30 lbs. I am a 45 yr old male, 260 lbs, 6'4" tall.
What would be the best exercise/diet program to do that would not hurt my back. I know I need to loose about 60 lbs. Thanks for all replies.

This is something that you really need to consult your doctor about.
