So I'd say my calves are fairly big but I also know that it isn't all fat. I used to do calf raises and other excises daily to strengthen my legs since I do ballet.
Recently I have stopped because when I see them in a mirror they look a bit chunky. I'm scared to do any calf exercises now because I don't want my legs to be big, even if it is all muscle.
I was wondering if you guys have any advice for me to gradually slim them down or maybe get rid of the fat around them without making the muscles bigger (if that's possible). Any advice will be appreciated!
I don't know how one can direct weight loss to one's calves, but if you have muscular calves and you stop doing the training on those muscles, they could get smaller, but the muscle could also turn to fat. That's sometimes a cost of building muscle.
