I recently sprained my ankle but have been on a 9 months goal of life style change, diet, exercise and healthy living. I am bummed that this ankle may make me not reach my goal of losing another 20 lbs. what are some e exercises could I do to maintain cardio workouts???
You could do exercises that put lower stress at the ankle such as swimming, leg lifts, weight training etc. It might be useful to seek professional help from a physical trainer for the same.
