Fat burners for topic fat loss

Hi

I i have a relatively small gyno with both fat and gland.
Now i think that if i get rid of the fat there it want will look ok(so i can continue developing chest ).
After digging a little online I found out that there are fat burners that can burn fat in special zones.One of them is Yohimbie(the gel version) .
Now i wanted to know if it really does the work (specialy for fat gyno) .
Is there anything  similar that workes for my problem?Is there any dangerous side effect?
What about belly fat ??

You can try but any drug or foreign substance will have some side effects. You can check the catologue which comes with it and  mentions about the side effects with whatever new thing you try.
Fat loss takes place proportionally and the fat which you put on first will be the last to go. Do contious cardio, and add some weights slowly and you will structure yourself in a fine way. Then you can take the help of a trainer for burning fat at particular regions. Take care!

Actually i am doing weight lifting(mark riptoes strength training program) and cardio over the time.So i have muscles over my body.
Well i think i know something how about stuff works in the weight lifting.
I just wanted to know if topical (chest particularly) fat burners work when implemented with a correct diet(i.e zone diet ore any other diet that u can suggest) and of corse exercice .
About the side effect i was concerned if there is something that really someone should now before using them?

I am not happy with drugs like Yohimbine because:
Oral yohimbine supplementation may actuate significant fat loss in athletes. Some internet shops sell expensive formulations of yohimbine for transdermal delivery to effect a local reduction of adipose tissue, although there is no experimental evidence that it is effective. Demand for products of this kind is frequently found in the bodybuilding community.
It is your call as these drugs are not prescibed as there testing is not as good as other drugs doctors prescribe.
And for your information Yohimbine is a stimulant drug and purportedly has aphrodisiac qualities.
Yohimbine hydrochloride has also been used for the treatment of sexual side effects caused by some antidepressants (SSRIs), female hyposexual disorder, as a blood pressure boosting agent in autonomic failure, xerostomia, and as a probe for noradrenergic activity.

i am about to use a fat burner i.e hydroxy cut (rapid release caplets ) so i want to  ask that does it do have any side effects ?

2. how to take that fat burner cap  according to you ? {dosage }

and i have heard lots of thing about hydroxy cut >>liver damage or even death please do tell me about this

3.if it is harmful then how to take tablets to avoid damage ?
