i am about to use a fat burner i.e hydroxy cut (rapid release caplets ) so i want to ask that does it do have any side effects ?

and i have heard lots of thing about hydroxy cut >>liver damage or even death please do tell me about this

I am not happy with drugs like Yohimbine because:

It is your call as these drugs are not prescibed as there testing is not as good as other drugs doctors prescribe.
And for your information Yohimbine is a stimulant drug and purportedly has aphrodisiac qualities.

Actually i am doing weight lifting(mark riptoes strength training program) and cardio over the time.So i have muscles over my body.
Well i think i know something how about stuff works in the weight lifting.
I just wanted to know if topical (chest particularly) fat burners work when implemented with a correct diet(i.e zone diet ore any other diet that u can suggest) and of corse exercice .
About the side effect i was concerned if there is something that really someone should now before using them?

You can try but any drug or foreign substance will have some side effects. You can check the catologue which comes with it and mentions about the side effects with whatever new thing you try.
Fat loss takes place proportionally and the fat which you put on first will be the last to go. Do contious cardio, and add some weights slowly and you will structure yourself in a fine way. Then you can take the help of a trainer for burning fat at particular regions. Take care!
