Feeling Weight on my left foot

I have been keeping fit through indoor exercise until of late dats i wasnt doing it frequently,
and i started feeling so much weight of my body more on my left foot,every time i get out of bed in the morning.But physically i dont really see myself adding weight because i eat as usual .Pls wat is the cause of this and wat do i do?

Hi mexi330, how are you? Do you see swelling in the left leg or foot at the end of day or in the morning when you wake up? Are you able to move around freely or feel some restriction of the movements at the ankle joint? Have you checked your blood pressure? Keep doing the exercises regularly and do massage in evenings. If you are not putting on weight overall, do not worry. Consult your family physician and get physically examined. Eat a balanced diet and continue regular exercises. Take care.

Hi,

I would also advise you to make sure the level of your feet is higher than your heart while lying down. This will prevent pooling of blood in the feet and ensure a good blood flow.
I would suggest a physical examination if the problem persists.
