Gaimed more weight (not muscle) with exercise and healthy eatinf

I've always eaten healthy but the last year or so I have really buckled down and paid very close attention to what I've been eating and of been exercising on a pretty disciplined regimen. I've gained about 10 or so pounds since I've started a stronger diet and exercise program (not muscle, my clothes are not fitting) and within the last few months my face is been breaking out really badly. I can tell something is off with my body,  and it doesn't make sense that I  have gained weight and having these symptoms and issues since I started doing boot camps about 3 days a week and getting more strict with my nutrition. Now the skin breakouts is an added frustration, almost acne-like, when I've had good skin up until now, with just occasional random breakouts.

To lose weight, you want a boot camp that features a significant amount of cardiovascular activity. A minimum of 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobic exercise per week works best. In boot camp workouts, the cardiovascular activity takes the form of sprinting, jumping rope, dashing up long flights of stairs, navigating an obstacle course or doing calisthenics like jumping jacks and burpees.
Your workout should also strengthen your upper body, core and lower body muscle groups. Hit multiple muscles, tendons and joints with compound exercises such as lifting a dumbbell while doing deep squats, or doing triceps extensions paired with lunges. Exercises such as pushups, pullups, abdominal crunches while bicycling your legs, squat jumps and burpees strengthen your whole body. The muscle you gain replaces fat, raising your resting metabolism so that you burn more calories around the clock.
As for the blemishes, Have you increased your protein intake? That could be a cause!
To much protein can effect the liver to the kidneys and into the intestines and colon, This stress will create  reactions within the body. The body will respond through elimination of toxins through the skin.
Acne could be the product of diets that are highly focused on protein intake, and less on fruits, vegetables, grains, seeds and nuts.
The body needs the other macro-nutrients of fat and carbohydrates just as much as it needs protein to develop a functioning body and immune system. If these key food groups are not brought into the diet in proper combination with the protein sources, acne will likely appear

Paxiled is most Likely correct! It's something changed in your diet. Usually I argue with him about things but this time I agree with Paxiled.

It might be something in your new diet.  Many boot camps also suggest or sell supplements to help you lose weight -- if you started taking any of those, that is probably the problem.
