Gall bladder surgery & returning to training!!

I am having my gall bladder removed in just over 2 weeks but I don't want to return to my bad habits and stop training. So my question is how soon after my surgery can I return to training????

Hi, if someone has recovered from recent illness, he should start doing exercise of very light intensity for about a month. He actually depends upon the type of illness and duration of illness. For gall bladder surgery, recovery usually one month is enough. After one month of low intensity exercise one can start with regular exercise. That is an important factor and should be considered before starting exercise as the body needs more carbohydrates and proteins after illness. Regards.
