Getting Sick to Stomach after Exercise
Hi, I was just wondering how to keep from getting really sick at my stomach after I exercise.  I do have a few stomach issues but I don't know exactly what they are at this point in time.  I f you know of something please let me know.  Thanks!!

Hello TianaGB,

I would suggest you to have a proper routine checkup of your vitals, your present BMI and a review of your diet chart whenever you have symptoms during exercise.

A suitable diet and proper breakfast is always essential for workouts. You should re hydrate yourself properly. Balanced diet with proper selection of exercise will decrease the symptoms.

If this does not help you would need to go for checking for any mineral imbalance or any other issues near your physician.
