Good exercises to do when unable to walk?

I broke my fifth metatarsal and sprained my ankle on my left leg. I've recently been trying to lose weight, and this sets me way back. I don't want to gain weight, but I can't bear any weight on my left leg at all. What are exercises I can do that don't require standing?
(By the way, I can't swim and don't have a pool in the first place, so that's not an option.)

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Hello!

You can consider all activities with your hands, forearms and arms.

Consider floor exercises or exercises on your bed; such as stretches and lifting of weights with your hands and increasing gradually the number of repetitions.

You can also do leg raising, peddling and stretching with your right leg on your bed.

You can consider some activities if possible such as cooking, cleaning and dusting your house, washing your clothes, cleaning your car in the sitting position and increasing your other household chores just to increase heart rate and lose some calories.

The most important thing is strict diet control and you should avoid fried food, fast food, junk food, sodas and desserts completely.

Take care!
