HCG injections/inability to lose weight ???????

by ms.demoiselle, Mar 21, 2006 12:00AM
I started HCG injections in Dec.2006 and lost 8 pounds....then 2 pounds in Jan......then only 2 pounds in Feb............everyone seems to be having GREAT results with these injections and a diet pill and I am not having the same results....so my Dr. did a thyroid test and it came back perfectly normal.....Has anyone experienced these type of results with the HCG injections......I can't get my Dr. or anyone to give me any real answers as to why I am not able to lose weight.....I eat very healthy......high protein/low carb.....and walk 3 miles daily and just started working out at a gym....but not long enough to have built up "muscle" yet.....Any suggestions????????? I am not obsessed with losing weight anymore.....I am obsessed with my inability to lose weight now......HELP!

I'm really glad to hear that I'm not the only person that feels like they are failing with this. I have been on it since Feb. 10th and have only lost 15 pounds and I've been at that for the last 2 weeks.
I stay under by 1000 calories and walk 2 miles a day also. I don't know what the magic tool is for everyone else but I sure wish I could find it too.

by ms.demoiselle, Mar 25, 2006 12:00AM
I think that 15 pounds since Feb. is great !!!!!  Why do you think that you are failing?  How much weight are you trying to lose?  What state do you live in.......the reason that I am asking is that I have been reading on Hcg injections and other people (in different states) are getting HIGHER doses than myself...........and I was just wandering if I am needing a higher dose than I am receiving ????? If you find out any other info about this, please let me know.......and I will do the same.....Thanks !

I am NC. I wanted to lose 40 pounds but my doctor wants me to shoot for 60----b/c that is what "the charts" say I should weigh..If I make it donw 40 then I will be completely happy with my results.
My shot are only 25 which i think is the lowest they give. I want to have mine increased but dont go back to the Dr. until May.
Good luck on your results....

do you have kevin trudeau's book  is not a diet pill with hcg its also the diet itself  you can also look up dr. simeons weight loss protocol also you can read the book thouroughly .hope this helps

I got 'Pounds and Inches Away' guide -- it's on e-bay.  It is a guide to doing Dr. Simeons diet and has a lot about breaking plateaus, ordering, and everything else to do the hcg diet.  It is working great for me and some other people doing it with me.  Other people have posted good reviews too.  I don't know of a pill in hcg form, but under the tongue liquid is starting to get more positive feedback.  Still the shots seem most dependable.

Could you please help me find HCG in my area.  I dont know how to begin I just finished reading Kevin's book and I really want to try this but how do you find doctors or the injections? Please help.   I live in Dallas, Tx and I have never even heard a word about before the book.

If you go to the website mentioned in Kevin's book (naturalcures.com), there is an 800# you can call to get HCG.  I called them and got information, but decided not to do it.  I'm doing another approach with a local doctor (Georgia).  If THIS approach doesn't work, I may give HCG a try, especially if I hear more positive results from users.  I hope you find what you need.

i recently found a doctor to prescribe hcg they have offices in quite a few states it's called transformations u can call them and get info on other states i know they have some in texas and they have been doing these shots with 20 years experience they also supply appetite suppressents to help with food cravings only if u want them i like it because u r still being monitored and it's so much less exspensive then mail order and a lot safer if u have any questions email me at ***@**** my first appointment is nov 12 i just feel more comfortable being monitored
since i have diabetes and high blood pressure

You all obviosly bought Kevin the con mans book. He's an idiot a liar a cheat amongst all. How can you all with your different weights stick to the sam measly 1000 calorie diet and expect to lose fat and not muscle? Any doctor that would give you HcG injections is a jerk too, and you might as well get human growth hormone from him too. Go to a dietician and find out what your needs are, everyone has different activity levels and dietary needs. Cardio is not the answer to losing fat, perhaps the scale will say you lost weight but most likely it's going to be water or muscle. Resistance training, some cardio, good eating will give you slow steady, permanant results without falling into the fads and the crooks trying to sell you the magic pill.

Do  anyone know an doctor on the southwest houston that gives these shots

by gingerlashay, Dec 20, 2007 08:23AM
Im in houston Tx and im looking for an doctor that give these  Weight Loss Injection for a good price and you really lose some pounds?

by mce206, Feb 21, 2008 03:39PM
The reason why it's so hard to find a doctor who does it is because hcg is not approved by the FDA for weight loss which means any doctor who IS doing it IS going agains their code of ethics!  Red flags anyone?  Has anyone been able to successfully keep this weight off after stopping the injections?!?!

I have have lost 18lbs while on HCG and the pill. The first month was easy! But that was mainly water. If you are dedicated in getting heathly, you must exercise eat right and have a life long change. The more weight you loss the harder it gets to loss more. 2 to 3 lbs a month is average. Just keep living healthy and the weight will come off. I have 17 more lbs to go and I know it only gets harder?

Maybe you need to stick with the 500 calories to be successful.  Are you following the protocol by Dr. Simeons?  I lost 10 1bs in two weeks on the diet, but I have cheated some.   My dad lost 30 1bs in six weeks, but he did not cheat.

actually if you follow the original protocol by Dr. Simeons.....it is only a 500 calorie a day diet.  The hcg helps control your hunger to a certain degree, and all I have to say is the proof is in the results!!  IF you have weight to lose......try it!!

I ordered from Body SolutionsRX.com out of Colorodo.  It has been 3 weeks and no product. I have called numerous times and always get transfered to voicemail or given the run around. Has anyone else used this company with good results with shipping. I  am starting to think that maybe I should notify the proper authorities concerning them. Anyone out there have a reason why I should wait a couple of days before doing this?

I take  an injection of 25 and I am 5'4 tall, I way 156. I hope to lose 25 lbs. Good luck to all!

Hello!

Do not decrease your diet to a level where it will give you problems with dietary deficiencies. After calculating your BMI discuss with a dietician and go ahead.

Take care!
