Heat Tolerant

I never get hot even when the temperature  outside is 90 or higher and never sweat either. I am always wearing a jacket. What does this mean?

Hello!

You should get your thyroid hormones checked. If your T3, T4 and TSH are normal then you do not have any thyroid issues.

Thermoregulation is the ability to keep your body temperature within certain boundaries, even when the surrounding temperature is very different.

Check for side effects of any medications you are consuming, check for any hormonal side effects if you have taken any, cold exposure, check also for hypoglycaemia and rule out diabetes.

If all your vitals are normal then there is no reason to worry.

Take care!
