Help, my butt and theighs need a good work out...

I'm not huge, but I've definetly noticed from this winter that my butt and theighs are in need of a huge workout before I think about putting on a swim suit.  

Any suggestions?
I hate running, so don't suggest that.

You can spot reduce. I would recommend doing cardio, walking is good, riding a bike, finding an arobic video you like. At the gym focuse more on lower body exercises. Do high reps low weight
