Hello!

I would suggest you not to worry as you can easily control your body weight by giving 1 hr to yourself strictly and going for proper dietary changes.

Follow both these rules very strictly for achieving a normal BMI.

1) Go to a dietician and plan a diet chart and adhere to it strictly and do not eat junk food and fast food.

2) 30 minutes to 45 minutes of cardio regularly without fail.

In couple of months you will see positive change and if you do it regularly you will have a well toned body with a proper BMI.

Persistence is the key to success.
