I am a 25 year old femaleCondoms Female condoms Female sexual dysfunction, weigh 125, 5'3, low blood pressurePressure ulcer. I consider myself to be in decent shape. I exercise 3-5 days a week, have ran a few half marathons and marathon last year. My resting HR is around 60, however my HR reaches 160-170 within running 1 mile at 5.8-6.0 mph (10:30-10 min pace). And on the second mile it reaches 175-180. If I continue to run it has reached 190-200 before. I regularly do strength training (about 2-3 times a week). I also have been trying to increase the incline at 2 min increments to see if it will help to strengthen my legs. I can't seem to figure out why I have such a high HR while exercising though.
