While running, I have have an unually high heart rate I believe.
I am 19, I don't smoke, I don't drink, I have been physically active with sports for 4 years, All around healthy, I eat well too, been in the Army for 13 months now.
I haven't worked out in about 2-3 months (due to moving, etc) but I wouldn't think it would affect me THIS much!!
While running, my heart rate is around 170-180. Thats at a slower running speed than usual. I use to be able to run 2 miles around 16:30-17:00 mins. Now Im at like a... 9 min mile :(
Could I have lost my running abilities THAT fast??
I can't workout for 2 months either since I just had surgery- No running, working out, NOTHING, lol which sucks. I use to be able to almost score a perfectPerfect choice score on the army Pysical Training test... now I am afraid I may get close to failing....
