Hey, I see that you dont want to spend money and get fit at home which is perfectly logical and acceptable. Many people think that health only comes after spending money and buying expensive equipments which is completely wrong!
I suggest you should start running in the morning hours which is a best cardio exercise. You can also start skipping ropes after that. These two exercises will burn enough calories in your body and will burn that excess fat too. Your heart beats will be stabilised and Blood pressure will be under control.
And how much is the investment? A pair of shoes and a skipping rope!
Have fun! All the best!
Anything:

Was hoping not to pay money out, I'm trying to lose 5 stone+, I have small dumbbell and wanted to incorporate them into a routine at home when back from a run
I agree with Paxiled- there are a ton of options. If you are looking for good videos- my advice would be to check your local library before buying any. Check out a few of different varieties, see what you like best- then you can better purchase something.
What are you trying to accomplish? This is a big category -- you can do a ton of things at home, especially if you buy some equipment. If you're wealthy you can build your own gym at home. You can buy a stationary bike or elliptical machine for the home. You can do yoga, pilates, calisthenics, push ups, crunches of an incredible variety. So given you can do so much at home, the question would be, what is it you're trying to accomplish. You can also buy a ton of videos out there that have home exercise programs on them.
