My fit but does not show steps even though it's linked up

So sorry you are having some trouble with your Fitbit steps displaying- we are seeing it connected and are seeing data sync- can you use the "Contact Us" link (from the web site- at the bottom of every page) or if you are on the app the "App Support" option to reach out to us so we can investigate this a little further with you?
