Hello!

Calculate your BMI after measuring your height and weight.

If you are above 25 BMI then try to lose the 50 pounds in 5-6 months time.

Follow a strict diet chart and limit fats and simple sugars.

Consider cardio activities such as running, jogging, skipping, swimming, cycling or outdoor sports.

Take care!

that depends on how much your start weight is. if you are obese, you can shed 50 pounds in 3 month, with a healthy diet and lots of exercise. However, if you are only overweight, it will be very difficult to lose this amount i such a short time and still be healthy. If you don't have the money to go to the gym I advise you to get at least a fitness assessment. these cost around Euro 20. a professional can draw up a fitness regime for you to take home. I advise you to eat a balance diet, get in lot of cardio exercise and just take it as it goes. if you keep it up for the 3 month, you will very likely loose around 20 to 25 pound. This is better than nothing and a much healthier approach.
