I want to increase my muscle mass

I love working out I used to be defined and cut and had a six pack but know everything is fading off, i took a brake off working out because of some pain i had in my back, but thats gone and after three weeks of resting i feel so much smaller than i was before, I was wondering if anyone could recomend me some good supplements to increase my muscle mass?

You increase the protein part in your diet.
Egg white, milk, lean meat, soya, lentils, beans, etc for increasing the body mass.

Start exercising, do some cardio and then start some weights and you will have some positive side effects by the end of 6 months. Take care!
