Inner Thigh and Knee Bruising

Hi
Im wondering if i could get some advice or possible reasons.
Recently i sustained an injury during a Soccer game. It felt like a "dead" leg, and was in quite a bit of pain, even though there was no sudden impact on the thigh. I was struggling to walk for the next 4 to 5 days. After 8 days the inner thigh began to bruise (which is normal for a "dead" leg). But im now at day 17 and the Thigh is still green/yellow from the bruising, and also i have noticed bruising to the back and the outside of my knee.
Once up and walking, the pain is minimal, but as soon i try to run (or put pressure on) the pain from the knee is immense.
During the night, i am awaking 7-8 times due to the pain in my knee.
Have i torn something? is it just general bruising..
