Hey, im just wondering, im 15 years old and excersize 5-6 days a week by running 3 miles. I plan on doing 6 miles in the next week or so and continue that daily to loose weight. I am 155 pounds and I want to thin down and then hit the gym all summer to bulk up so I was just wondering if I go from 3 miles to 6 miles would it hurt me, or help me? Should I run at a slower pace, like 3-4 then 4-5 miles or can I just jump straight to 6 from 3? Also I do not run on treadmills, I run a trail thats exactly 3 miles from start, to end, and back to start. Thanks for your oppinion.
