Is this bad for you?

by kaygirly, Mar 24, 2007 12:00AM
Is it true that if you chew on diet pills you will die? I did this and my sister told me that I might die and that I should go to the ER. I worry a lot and she likes to tease me a lot about this. I can't stop worring. I don't know if she was joking or not. Can somebody tell me the truth? I don't want to die. I think I'm going to have a stroke!!

You won't die from chewing a diet pill. Some diet pills are time released capsules which means that they may not be as effective if you chew them but you won't die.

I would highly suggest you STOP taking diet pills though since none of them are good for you. You may be doing long term damage to you body and if you take too many you could end up in the hospital or worse. Try eating right and excercizing a little each day to get your heart rate up a bit. Try not to take diet pills, they are really bad for you.
