It hurts
I've been doing a lot of running lately for exercise... but I don't have the best knees and they are starting to hurt after i finish running to the point were i have to ice them every day... what should i do??

If running hurts then I would try and avoid it... Swimming is a really great idea because not only does it give your body a good work out but it also puts less pressure on your joints ... so your knees won't hurt... check out http://www.findyourdetour.com/ they have some really great tips on there for a new work out and how to get the best results..
