Joint problems early 20's

by nickcaru2004, Apr 15, 2008 12:09AM
Heres my story, since about 19 I have had pain in my left shoulder.  I just had surgery on it and was looking forward to lifting and just doing light weight i can feel somethings wrong with my right shoulder.  Feels like theres impingement in that one as well.  I tried the physical therapy on the left shoulder didn't do a bit of good.  If I tried to lift with the shoulder I got weaker and ended up with more pain.  Anything like a pushup or a benchpress I can feel strain in my elbows.  My left leg bothers me a bit, that could be my own fault from lifting.  Lifting used to make me happy, and im an exercise science major.  I really don't like the idea that some people just aren't made for lifting, but im starting to feel that way.  Any suggestions?
