I took a shadow boxing class at the gym the other day (it was a Monday) and the next day my calves were so sore I could barely walk. Then the next day, (Wed.) I was still sore but better so I decided to take the class again in hopes that that would make me better. The next day I woke up still sore and now I realize that my legs and calves are actually almost swollenSwollen glands looking.
hi steph456,
due to lack of proper rest this condition has risen. That's what i can think. Unlikely to be a circulatory compromise.
But if a local doctor is easily available, you can go for a friendly chat related to this condition.
All the best,
regards
