Lately, I've been having this problem whenever I go running. I walk for about 4 min, then I stretch, and then run 3-5 miles. So, for the past 10 times I've run I've started to get these horrible pains in my left calf. Today it was especially bad, just a pain in my left calf. I rest and only run every other day, so I'm pretty sure I wasn't overexerting, but I could have possibly stretched to far, and haven't given the muscle enough time to rest? I'm guessing it's a muscle strainStrains , but I'm just wondering if anyone has any questions for me so I can identify the problem, and number two, cures!!! Lots of them.
