Figure your heart rate by this formula
220- your age 37 = 183 that's your max. heart rate! you should try to get your heart rate between 65% & 85% of your max. that would be 119-155.

This has helped me a lot. Unfortunately it takes some work. There is no magic cure to loose a bunch of weight over night. Unless you take up smoking crack or meth and even then it is highly un likely that you will loose 100 pounds is 3 months. It's time to start working out. The weight should start coming off of you quickly if you jump right in and start taking action. I have struggles with my weight all of my life. I am currently working on getting to my goal weight that I have YET to get down to. It takes determination and patience. But, it is ok if you struggle, it is ok if you mess up and get off track. Like right now, the past 3 weeks I have been eating pretty much ALL Sugar. I am working of getting off of Methadone and I think the taper is causing me to crave sugar. It *****, I just lost around 8 pounds and I am afraid I am going to gain it all back.
