Interesting...I thought I was the only one with this. I am 36, have been running for about 4 years, and just in the last year have started feeling a cramping around my uterus. I usually only get this while running outside. I have not had any children. I have found that I typically feel this pain around the time of ovulation. I will say that when I run on the treadmill, I usually do a 3-4 minute warm up, then slowly ramp up the speed; when I run outside, it generally is on my lunch at work, so I am pressed for time to shower and get back to my desk, so the warm up isn't always there. I usually start feeling it around the 1.5 mile mark.
