Lower back (hip ) pain

Hi,

I am Male / 25 years old.

I am experincing sever lower back(hip) pain for past 15 days(only on the left side).I don't feel any pain if i am on bed ... but when getting up the pain is very severe and it subsides in 10-15 minutes after some walking.. I feel a lttle pain while walking as well. The X ray of Lumbar spine is fine.. and I can't figure out the exact location of the pain as pressing the back doesn't cause any pain at all. Sitting doesn't cause any pain.

I have never experinced this pain before.

Uric acid level : 6.8
I am taking zyloric for past 2 days... and today the pain is even worst.
