our body happily absorbs the nutrients coming in their natural form...like for calcium you should prefer taking milk and egg whits instead of calci tablets
i would suggest ..try taking vitamins and minerals naturally..though fruits vegetables,meat,etc...dont rely on the tablets...
All my recommendations were researched and checked for ingredients
and approved by a lab Co.
Everyone who commented doesn't get the difference with OTC vits and pharmaceutical grade vits. Look for GMP sticker and find online
Thanks so much John, those sound better then the ones I am taking.
a lot of choices, thanks a lot
I would like to suggest to use Nature's Bounty Multi-Day Women's with Calcium & Iron. My wife is using it she found extreme improvement.
