Max Fat burner

I'm a 17 year old female equestrian wanting to get rid of as much fat as possible. I have 1600 calories lost days but 300 other days and exercise for about an hour a day. What can I do to achieve maximum fat burning?

Exercising 1 hour in a day is more than enough, You need to concentrate on your diet plan and also on which kind of exercise you do,
You need to go with cardio + strength training for faster results.
Dance and aerobics are the best cardio with good results in weight loss.

Drink more and more water as water is the key medicine for weight loss.
Don't take any heavy meal, you need 5-6 small meals rather than having 2-3 heavy meals.

First you need a proper diet! Your cal. intake isn't good and what do you eat?
I suggest the following!

Figure your heart rate by this formula.
subtract your age from 220 that is your maximum heart rate. You should
try to get your heart rate between 65% and 85% of your maximum heart rate.
You burn 30 percent more fat from doing cardio after a weights session as opposed to cardio on its own. Before doing any thing get the OK from your doctor!
