I personally would 4get About The Gym for the moment . Set yourself small goals like starting off a 20 minute walk 3 times a week, & you will be amazed how u look forward to it as you will have break days in between, don't start walking b 4 u crawl.. Little steps lead to longer journey's. 4get about the media & what they think should be done, everyone is fighting the Healthy Battle, just use what suits you & your Body!! Good Luck & keep me posted
First of all going to gym to reduce weight is a waste of money for me.Just go outside ,go for a jog or do 45 mins brisk walk.
U can do lot of cardio at ur near park or even at home..
find some cardio videos from youtube and start doing it and motivate urself to o it everyday..have healthy lifestyle..
I have this same problem, it's so annoying but I know it's my own fault. I start the gym then I stop and lose motivation then I start again and then I stop. It seems like there are always urgent matters that just happen after I stop getting in a routine and messing everything up. The gym makes me feel so much better though, I got to get better at this.
While you stay at home, you just thinking about the gym, and about the whole proccess of weight loosing. Watch some motivational, finess videos, dress up and go to the gym! Succes, bethjane93!
As it has been said it's about what you want. How bad do you want it? Why do you want it? When you realize that you really want it the motivation will come with it.
It really has to be about you! No one else can give you a reason to go but you! What is it you want? Do you want to be healthy or look and feel super fabulous? Whatever it is it has to come from you! So think hard about the goal you're trying to achieve and in those moments deciding whether or not you want to go you have to think of those reasons and decide what it is you really want!
Make it your JOB to go to the gym.
