HI it's me again now for like the fifth time. I recently began to jog again, only now I stretch properly before running and I don't force my self to jog too much. For example about 3 weeks ago I jogged 3 laps around the block, no chest pain nothing, then I jogged two days later. This time the pain began to develop on my 1 and a half lap and I only got to do 2 laps not even three like last time. I was worried again. The pain was not as awful as last time but hurt. Then the following day my chest was still hurting. So I took a week of in jogging and felt much better, but there was a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys discomfort when I pressed my chest where I hurt it about 3 months ago. Now the question is do I go to the doctor and ask for an x-ray. Cause when I take big breaks like jog once or twiceTwice-a-day if possible a week There is no pain when I do three laps around the block. Please help thank you for your consideration. P.S. You would need to go for an X-ray and examination by a chest specialist to rule out any problem in the chest. If there is any ligamentAnterior cruciate ligament (acl) injury Tendon vs. ligament or muscle involved you would have pain with starting of any work outs so it is always good to go for an examination as the symptoms are getting repeated.
Try considering other forms of exercises which do not give you chest pain.
