I have been working out for 8 years and the past 4 years pretty intense weight lifting.
i weight train about 4-6 days a week. i try to do cardio 4-6 days also ( normally after working out 15-30 mins)
-i am 20 years old. 5'11'' 206 lbs (my Body fat is right around 12-17% )
i am trying to eat right and my strength is where I want it but would love to get bigger,
i do chest & back workouts, arms, shoulders shoulders intensive treatment Shoulder arthroscopy Shoulder pain all on separate days for about 50-65 mins. then i do my running
-abs i try to do some crunches and other ab workouts for nearly 5 mins around every other day...bench 275 X 8 reps
biceps im goin with 55lbs dumbbells for 10 reps each arm comfortably; triceps i do tons of different excersises; back i try to do different workouts everyday; shoulders shoulders intensive treatment Shoulder arthroscopy Shoulder pain-could use some extraExtra strength mylanta calci tabs Extra strength pain relief work...
i eat at 8, 1, 5/6, and later at night another snack...
protein shakes after work outs
i use no-explode before the workout as well
the problem is that i cannot get rid of the stomch fat i have.
any one have anything that will help me?

You can only lose fat proportionally and for that diet control and increase in cardio will help you achieve over a period of time. The fat which has got deposited the first will be the last to go.
Eat healthy and discuss your diet chart in a detailed way near a dietician.
