Numbness in feet
Hi everyone.  I like to walk and jog, but after about 30 minutes, especially if I jog, my feet go numb.  As soon as I stop moving they are fine.  I have tried different shoes, had blood work done, etc., but no one can give me an answer.  I would really like to become a serious runner, but I can't go past 3 miles!  Any ideas??

Hi,
I think you should be consulting an orthopaedician as I feel the problem is with lower back strain.
Any spinal disc pathology can present with similar symptoms.
Alternatively Vitamin B12 deficiency or diabetes can cause similar symptoms.
An imaging study of lower back will help come closer to diagnosis.
Hope this helps.
Keep me informed.
Bye.
