P90X vs. ChaLean


Hi There!! I was just wondering if anybody has done any of these programs? I am currently looking for an exercise program that will help me tone up my body plus lose weight- I have done some research on these programs and they sounds so similar but I really need to tone up some areas such as my arms, legs (thighs and calves), and my stomach area. I do have a belly on me, so I was wondeirng if anyone had any preference on to which program would work the best to help tone and flatten my stomach along with losing weight/dropping pant sizes. And I was wondering how to try to get rid of my double chin (its not a huge double chin, but enough where I hate my picture taken :(  )Thank you and any advice or tips to any other workout program is greatly appreciated!!

I can tell you about P90X unless you're in fairly good shape and can do an intensive workout
for about 1-11/2 hours workout per day at 6 days per week and invest in some dumbbells
and other equipment. If you want to tone then go to a gym.
