Are both sides of your abdomen affected? Does it only happen during workouts? How would you describe the pain? Is it muscular in type or something else? Is it a constant pain or does it occur on exertion? Also, what types of exercises do you do which triggers this pain? How long does the pain last? Does it immediately resolve after exercise?
It would be likely, based on the little information from your post, that the pain could be muscle strain secondary to working out. If this is so, rest, ice packs and over-the-counter pain medications may help ease the pain.
