Pain in my chest area.

I have these pains in my chest area sometimes over top of my left breast or sometimes it feels it's behind my left breast, it feels sometimes like a strained muscle, this morning I notice that the pain was in my chest but felt like it was moving to my arm.  Sometimes if makes me feel wierd.

Recollect if you had any injury, fall or hit to the chest wall. You can also go for an X-ray chest to check if your ribs are fine and all the bony alignment the collar bone (clavicle) and other joints are fine.

It can also be due to muscle involvement and you would need to diagnose it properly if this occurs in a chronic way and take necessary precautions like rest, pain killers and also ice packs to decrease the inflammation.
