Pain under left breast on top of rib

I just began having a sharp pain on my left side under my breast(not part of the tissue though) and above the rib. It hurts really bad and I can't even breathe without it causing me a ton of pain. Have no insurance and can't go to Dr. Help please.

How are you? This could be due to a bruised, cracked, or fractured rib; costochondritis, osteoporosis or pleurisy. The pain of pleurisy or swelling of the lining of the lungs is worse when breathing deeply. Over-the-counter pain medications may help. However, if it persists, it is important that a physical examination be done for proper diagnosis. A chest x-ray may also help in ruling out musculoskeletal causes.
