Pulled muscle?

Pulled muscle?

I think I pulled both muscles in the front part of my thighs playing softball. They kill as soon as I start to run then hurt for 1-2 days, feel better, slightly sore then kill again when I have a game and try to run. Does this sound like pulled muscles and how long will they take to heal and what is the best thing I can do for them!!?? Thanks for any info!

How are you?

Application of cold compress or an ice pack helps reduce the swelling. Wrapping up the injured part in an elastic bandage also helps. OTC pain killers may help in reducing pain and swelling.
Please remember pulled muscles sometimes take a long time to heal. Take care!

After you heal up there is a good stretching  exercise that targets that area. It is the hurdlers stretch. Google it and I think it will help you prevent any future muscle pulls.
