Random muscle twiches

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum. But I keep getting these muscle twiches in totally random places in my body and its almost scary. It doesn't hurt or anything but i can feel it and see it usually. I'm even suspecting that perhaps this is something with my blood thats making it twich. I've gotten a blood test and some other tests but nothing came up. It can go anywhere from a small muscle twiching in my arm, my eyebrow even, or leg...like i said anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated because if its something seroius i definately wanna catch it before it develops into something bad.

In the case of abnormal twitchings of the facial muscles, it may just be one of the symptoms of Tardive Dyskinesia  (neuroleptic medication-induced repetitive, involuntary, purposeless facial muscle movements)

Muscle twitching can be caused by a number of disorders.  But, it can also simply be caused by stress.  Good diet and exercise (especially) can be quite effective in releiving your symptoms if the condition is not of serious origin.  If your symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks or become worse, you should consult a physician or neurologist.
