I keep getting this feeling in my abdominal and bicep muscles that keep pushing me to flex or tighten my muscles to gain relief, but then I feel the same annoying feeling shortly after. It first started at night and now it's throughout the day. I have recently started drinking about 4 cups of pure green tea per day and a lot of water to help rid toxins from my body. I workout 2-4 times per week. I was wondering if this is a restless effect of not enough sleep or something my body is doing from releasing toxins. Thank you for your time.
