Severe Lower back pain !!! Please help me with this.
Hi I'm a 23 old male. I had a severe back pain few months back. Couldn't stand or sit properly due to the excessive pain. I found it difficult to breathe even. (cause: I was playing with my sister's three year old daughter and I believe it happened because I tried to lift her while being in a bad posture).
How ever that pain vanished upon some medication( few different tablets). But after then I noticed some weird "crack like" sounds while I was on the bed around the same area, where I had the pain in the previous time. The pain is not that worse though.
What should I do to get rid of this? I really do appreciate your answers on this.

When I suffered low back pain, I was sent to physical therapy, but the orthopedist said that 90% of it goes away on its own without any treatment at all. But Gymdandee is the guy for you on this one.
