Severe pelvic pain while doing power walks or running

Hi,
I usually do power walks and run on occasion, but there are days during the month where my pelvic is in a lot of pain, but after two days it goes away and I'm okay to do my regular routine. It comes back the following month.  It feels more like a vaginal pain, but I'm not sure how I can treat this.

It could be  bursitis, fracture, or sacroiliac or any number of medical conditions. I suggest seeing your doctor

Your profile says male!
Anyway it could be related to your cycle and my suggestion is to avoid running
and do only regular walks during those times of increased pelvic pain.
Cheers,
Niko
