Shoulder Pain/Strain

I feel pain in my right shoulder from top towards side when I lift up elbow. The pain was caused during chest workout in gym (started going gym a month ago) and still continues even I am taking care of it. What are more causes and how to heal it.

Hello!

It is already a month so you have to go for some scans for a proper diagnosis of your pain at your shoulder region.

It is time to stop physical activity and for relief till properly diagnosed take pain killers and apply ice packs.

You could have damaged a nerve,or pulled a muscle,i would give the gym a rest until you have been diagnoised.
