15 minutes are enough...i used to skip 500 times in 10 minutes...
Any exercise is better than no exercise :)
Anything that gets your heart rate up is good cardio exercise. I'd do it in intervals-- fast skipping and then squats and overhead presses with weights, fast skipping, lunges with shoulder front arm lifts, so on. good luck
Skipping is brilliant my brother is a model and all of he's models friends swear by it. I do 15 minutes a day. 5 minutes intervals and a 2 minute rest in between. Good luck
Well skipping is a really good exercise as it helps you reduce overall body fats., practise doing it on counts and keep increasing the no. Of sets it & keep speeding up , all the best !
