Sleeping less and less

Sleeping less and less

Good morning or evening or day or night or afternoon ladies and gentlemen and hello. I have been training with a personal trainer named Bradley for approximately three weeks now because I wanted to lose weight and gain muscle in the arms and shoulders.

I am sixteen. I am beginning to see the signs which say that it might be working. I am getting hungry rather easy and quickly after a meal which apparently means I am burning fat reserves, I am gaining fluidity and I am able to get to the higher weights on nearly all the machines.

Btu there is one thing I am a little bit concerned about. I am sleeping less and less. After 3 minutes of sleep at 10:49PM, I wake up, decide to check my MH and listen to my favorite song a couple more times. It is now 10:57PM. People sleep at ridiculous times and I might be becoming one of them. I wake naturally before 10AM too. All the time!

Is it just another sign I am losing weight or something else?

Try answer with the information you have been given, but if you need more, just ask. Thank you...

Hi there!

Disturbed sleep could be a sign of increased mental stress, a few sleep disorders/ neurological conditions, erratic sleep pattern such as daytime sleeping etc. I would suggest maintaining a sleep diary keeping track of the number of times and hours that your sleep. Avoid lying in bed trying to sleep instead do some activity till you feel sleepy and avoiding mental stress. If these measures do not seem to help, I would suggest consulting a primary care physician for an evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
