I know how you feel!! I weight 128 pounds..5'5'' and I wear a DD. I figured out it's all about the type of sports bra you get! I tried the 2 bras and I felt like I was wearing body armor---LITERALLY. It seemed to restrict me from everything. When I ran track, my team mates duct taped me. Then I couldn't seem to breathe, and it hurt!! I tried the smaller cup size of a bit cheaper bra and from all the motionMotion sickness Motion sickness less drowsy my skin actually rubbed off my shoulders shoulders intensive treatment Shoulder arthroscopy Shoulder pain from the straps. Like I said the type of bra makes all the difference!! I also like the ones that criss-cross in the back. It supported me real well. Hope this helps!!!
