by nanis, Oct 24, 2006 12:00AM
I have purchased a big treadmill with pulse checker & personal trainer.I have used it for 1 wk but notice pain in my breast area when jogging or running.I am a d cup & it is always hard for me to exercise.I have tried eveything from two bras to smaller size sport bra & have also conciderd taping them down over my bra of course. This is the only thing holding me back.I love to walk, but feel jogging is more my taste. To all you big busted women who have advice or anyone for that matter, really would appreciate the advice..thanks

I read a post recently in which a large busted woman used TWO sports bras when working out - she sweared by this method!

I've been *blessed*(if you can call it that) in that department, and i buy the Champion brand sports bra's in a size smaller than usual, and that helps alot.

I know how you feel!! I weight 128 pounds..5'5'' and I wear a DD. I figured out it's all about the type of sports bra you get! I tried the 2 bras and I felt like I was wearing body armor---LITERALLY. It seemed to restrict me from everything. When I ran track, my team mates duct taped me. Then I couldn't seem to breathe, and it hurt!! I tried the smaller cup size of a bit cheaper bra and from all the motion my skin actually rubbed off my shoulders from the straps. Like I said the type of bra makes all the difference!! I also like the ones that criss-cross in the back. It supported me real well. Hope this helps!!!

i have also been blessed i am a 36 d and i have always played sports and i am also a member of a gym where i work out all the time... so what i have done it champion has a lot of good sports bras and good tank tops that work well... and b4 i found that out what i did while playing soccer is i would wear a regular bra (one that u don't mine sweating in) and then wear a sports bra over that... that works well... hope that helps out

I got this new product called the "Support Vest" and it does wonders...heard about it from a friend got it at theformrunner.com  it is different from anything out there, and it is the most comfortable thing for working with zero boumce.
