Hello!

It is good to do some form of exercise in a regular manner to stay fit. The fat which you have put the last will go off first so with continued regular cardio you will be having a flat tummy. The cardio can be running, jogging, swimming and skipping whatever you like.

As you are in normal BMI do not cut down on your calories but have control on junk food, fast food, fried foot, desserts, ice creams, chocolates, fat food during this regime.

Take care!
